Good location. No lifts so tricky getting heavy lugguage up the stairs. Clean rooms, good sized for Japan and the price. I'd stay here again.

Not staffed. Luggage storage option 15 minutes away in another office - better communication needed beforehand. Very tiny room! Fantastic location so a great option if you’re not in the room during the day. Self-service amenities. Overall, good for a short stay. Amazing shower!

Great location. 5 minute or less walking distance from the train station. Check-in and check-out process was quick. Laundry on the fifth floor. Only one washer and one dryer. My room was small for solo traveler like me so it was not a problem. The bed is tatami-style bed. There is not a private bathroom/toilet so each floor has a common/shared bathroom. And on the first floor is also a shared/common shower. Be aware that this hotel does not have elevator so if you are on the 4th floor (top floor), you will be lugging your suitcase on the stairs. Overall was very happy with the stay as it was conveniently located near top attractions and shopping centers in Namba district.

The room is small but clean, has everything you need. The location is superb, which is just accross Kansai Namba station. Ample foods and shopping option nearby, direct train to airport, short walk to Dotanbori. All the checkin - check out are done with a QR quote, if you need help, you can email staff there or if you come into the foyer, they will talk to you over the speaker. First experience for me, but maybe their target to cut costs. Only cons is that the property does not have a lift, so be prepared if you have small kids or a lot of luggage.

A little bit disappointing. Stayed in a Japanese style room with shared bathroom for 3 nights. out of the 4 hotels I've been to in Japan with tatami and futon, this was by far the poorest, my back really hurt after my stay there. the lack of present stuff in the property made the check-in process frustrating. shared bathroom was clean all the time, location was very nice.

Worried that first, loved it in the end.

I would like to say that the place was horrible. Not because it actually was, but just so that no one else books there. I had major trepidation staying here at first. I'm used to western style rooms, I have never stayed at a Japanese style room. At first I wasn't a big fan of the shared restroom nor was I a big fan of the shared shower rooms. Don't let that hold you back however, the rooms are clean and tidy and spacious. The restroom is very clean and the shower is also very clean and there's plenty of privacy. People who are mindful of their neighbors will not have an issue staying here. I highly recommend it and I intend to save this establishment for future use.

Room had mold on the walls as well as the shower stall. Shelf check-in/check-out via QR code. No staff. Someone may speak to you through a Bluetooth speaker in the lobby, but I never saw anyone working. Cheap coin laundry (one machine) available on the top floor if you have 400 yen and your own detergent.

Nice and well maintained, had a bit of misunderstanding when checking in - when I was standing at the signage at hotel front and scanned the QR code to register, the staff (via speakerphone) asked if I am registered and I didn't quite understand the question; it would have been great if the hotel staff sent the link to the registration site beforehand. Other than that, everthing else was smooth, nice and clean, and nothing to complain. I would definitely stay here again when I'm traveling alone.

I was disappointed for the price I paid. I thought the room was extremely small. Basically, if you have 4 futons unfolded there is no room for luggage or to move in the room. Online check in was quirky and through an Amazon echo spot speaker. We stayed on the 1st floor so when anybody checked in, the sound was very noisy in our room (like they were talking loudly outside an open door). The style and design of the hotel was pretty. The shared shower was okay.

No check in or check out service, all done via qr code. For included breakfast, you have to 13 minutes to another hotel of the same chain. Not disability friendly, no lift and laundry is on the fifth floor (one machine only). Brown smears on the carpet in the corner of our room. Shower leaked water and lamps would flicker if you bumped the cord.

いい点：客室が清潔でした。共用のお手洗いもきれいでした。自動ドアがすごく便利！鍵をなくす心配はありません。 悪い点：玄関のドアは24時間開いてますから誰でも入ることができます。（客室の暗証番号知らなければ部屋に貼れませんが、やはりちょっと不安。） 客室に備え付けた水槽の下にある冷蔵庫は小さい過ぎて、しかも全然冷えない。 共用の浴室のドライヤーは網に埃だらけで全然風出ませんので、部屋のドライヤーで髪を乾かした。
