Cheap and preety good

We stayed there for 3 night. Cheap hotel, clean room, but not really good surrounding view. I like the bathroom because it clean and complete equipment. There is a coin loundry which really helpfull for us, because we didn't bring many clothes.

窓を開けたら墓地が開けてた。 色々不満はあったけど、口コミなど確認しなかった自分が悪いと思おうとしましたが… 夜も揺れで何度も何度か目覚めました。 ワンフロアに2部屋しかないほど、細長い建物のせいでしょうか。。 朝見ると、椅子の上やらテーブルの上やらホコリだらけ。黒っぽい室内だからよけい目立った。 もう泊まらないかな

部屋のティッシュ箱の中が蟻まみれで驚きました。安い宿なので部屋の内装などが古くて汚れていたのは予想通りでしたが、虫が湧いてるのはいかがなものかと思います。

受付の方は他のホテルと同様に丁寧に対応してくださり、最初の方はホテルに対して好印象でした。しかし、部屋に入ってみるとホコリの多さに驚きました。部屋の角や隅、窓のサッシ、冷蔵庫と電子レンジの上面とう目を凝らさなくても分かる程度に積もっていました。その他受付ロビーではWiFiに接続できましたが、部屋からは電波が弱いためか接続できませんでした。 良い点 ・受付の男性は丁寧に対応してくれます。 ・駅から徒歩で15分程度とそんなに遠くありません。 ・部屋に1人暮らし用サイズの冷蔵庫と電子レンジが備え付けられています。 悪い点 ・埃が多く、浴室の排水溝、換気扇周りも汚れていました。 ・Wi-Fiが部屋で利用できませんでした。 ・私が見つけれなかっただけかもしれませんが、コンセントが机に２口しか有りませんでした。 ・受付は午後1時から午後10時の間しか開いていません。 ・全て込みで1泊3,4000円であれば、他のホテルに比べて極端に安いということで色々な面を受け入れる事が出来たと思いますが、実際は約4500円宿泊費に対して税 サービス料で1100円追加され合計5600円でした。あと少し予算を増やして、他のホテルに泊まれば良かったなと思いました。 ・洗濯は個人で洗剤を用意しないといけませんし、洗濯する量にもよりますが、私は乾燥機の半分程度の洗濯物で乾燥機を3回(１時間半)程度回しました。

お風呂や洗面の排水をすると、ユニットバスの排水溝から水が溢れ出し、トイレの床まで水が１cmくらい貯まり 大変居心地が悪かったです。

シングルルーム2名での利用でした。かなり安価なので狭いことは覚悟して行きましたが、セミダブルサイズのベッドがあり、部屋も予想より広々していて、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。また利用したいです。

駅からそこそこ歩くのがネックと言えばネックかと思いました。禁煙のお部屋をお願いしていましたが喫煙のお部屋が用意されていたのは閉口しましたが、チェックインの際に、快く部屋を変更して下さったのは有り難かったです。 設備は新しくはないですが、清潔感はあります。値段相応という印象です。
