Had a fantastic time at Holiday inn at Shin Osaka. The room was clean and modern, and having a kitchen was really nice. All the people who worked there were fantastic. And the free rides to the local train station made things a lot easier. Had a great stay there.

This year, 2025, is our 2nd time having stays at Holiday Inn Shin Osaka. Very accessible to Shin Osaka St, they had free and ontime-scheduled shuttle service from and to Shin Osaka St., starting 7am until 9.30pm (if i m not mistaken). We are a family of four with two teenaged kids, really enjoy our stays here!

When we visit Osaka, we always stay this hotel because it has everything we need, i.e., the room with kitchen and in-room washer/dryer; grocery stores, pharmacies, and dollar store nearby where we do duty-free shopping of daily stuffs that we cannot find in the US. One thing disappointed this time was that the hotel van stop at Shin-Osaka station is moved to the spot difficult for the visitors with large languages. So, we had to choose to take Uber.

Pros: 1. Bathroom is large 2. Shuttle bus is good Cons: 1. We travelled with our 10 years old daughter, sofa bed is an important condition for hotel selection. This hotel charges ¥3000 per night for the bedding of the sofa bed, this is the first time I heard this kind of charge. As an opposite, my hotel in Tokyo set up the sofa bed before I checked in with no charge. If Holiday Inn mentioned this charge in advance, I won’t choose it. 2. The toilet room is too small.
