"Lovely old Victorian cottage with a very modern and clean comfortable interior. Brilliant location with access straight onto the beach and safe secure parking and a small secure garden. Good location as a base to explore the Norfolk coast and the Broads. Would recommend."

"The first greeting was the stink of dogs had to go to shop and get some smellies,the road noise was terrible ,
So many gaps around windows and doors it never warmed up, the lounge furniture was filthy think it all needs replacing perhaps not have dirty smelly animals in there, managed 3 x nights but couldnt wait to get home."
