"First time staying here and let me just say we loved it, the only one complain I would have is that the pool’s chlorine is just to strong to the point it gave me a headache, we only were able to enjoy it at night and I wish the lifeguards were more aware because there was two kids running and jumping over guests to jump inside the water, parents were not paying attention but staff was also not really making sure these kids would stop running and ruining everyone else’s vacation. Other than that I can say it was great and location was phenomenal"

"Overall, the property is beautiful and is a great respite in the midst of Orlando. Pros: The kitchen was full equipped, and we were able to make all meals for my child with food allergies safely and successfully. There was plenty of room for the whole family - dedicated space for eating, sleeping, bathing, and relaxing. Cons: We were on the ground floor, adjacent to the main pool. It was quite loud until 11 p.m. (curfew), and we woke up to several bugs roaming throughout our unit."

"We had another great stay at Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark by IHG. This is a place we return to every year, and it continues to be a favorite for our family. The staff truly made a difference during this visit—especially Rob, the bell captain, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly helpful and gave us great recommendations for activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. While our overall experience was very positive, we did encounter an issue in our room, as we found two roaches during our stay. This was disappointing and not something we’ve experienced here before. Which was addressed, as it doesn’t reflect the otherwise great standards of the resort. Despite this, we still had a wonderful time and appreciate the excellent service from the staff. We look forward to returning again."
