mauvaise gestion des cas problème

Quand nous sommes arrivés sur les lieu ma conjointe a fait une reaction (elle avais un probleme a respirer dans le condo) par rapport au produit qu ils utilise pour l'entretien. ils ont essayer de purifié l air mais cela a rien changer et ils nous ont dit que se serais pareil ds toutes leur condos. ont a du trouver un autres condo pour nos vacance (2 adultes et 3 enfants) et ils ont refusé de nous remboursé sous pretexte que nous avons refusé de perendre un autre condo qu ils nous ont offert mais le soir même ils nous ont dit qu'ils n'avais rien de libre. personnel sur place très courtois mais l administration dit l inverse de se que a dit le staff sur place. je ne pouvais pas resté sur place et que ma conjointe ne soit pas capable de rerspiré.

The grounds were very beautiful and well kept, front desk staff very friendly, unit we stayed in was very clean. Loved the two entrance concept. Loved the location close to Walmart and Disney property

Overall it was fine, however there were a few annoying things and one dangerous one: First, there are 2 doors in each suite and none have a latch. Even if you lock the door from the inside, it unlocks just by pulling the lever type handle which my 2 year old discovered and I didn’t notice until the door was wide open and he was about to step outside. I called front desk but they said all their rooms are the same way and there was no maintenance person over the weekend to do anything about it. All they offered is to return my money if I wanted to go to another hotel. We ended up jamming the doors with our cooler and furniture to prevent our son from opening the doors again. Needless to say it was not very relaxing to have to keep a constant watchful eye even inside our room. The bed was not very comfortable and neither were the pillows, they were stiff and not fluffy at all like what you find in nicer hotels. Finally, the AC is restricted from going below 72 degrees and to make matters worse the air was not going to the room full force, my husband could not sleep because of the room being too hot. The kitchen was a bit small but usable and everything seemed clean. One cool thing, you can rent DVDs for free, thought that was nice. Not a bad selection either.

Decent facilities, but very limited services.

Nice place but the lack of daily maid service was frustrating and the fact that they called me an hour before their extremely early check-out time of 10am left a sour taste in my mouth. I learned upon check-in that they are not a hotel, but a time-share. I guess that's my bad for not doing the research. If I had know what I was getting for the price I likely would have opted for an actual hotel with full service somewhere in the area

This place is a gem

Amazing experience as expected since my family loves to stay here!! Its quaint and super clean!! Our family spent some down time from the parks at the hotel pool and spent the evening making smores on the fire pit while we played corn hole.

Great Getaway

Very nice quite place to stay. Suites have everything you could need and they are clean and comfortable. Cici was very sweet and personable with our quick check in. We will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely love Magic Tree and plan on returning in the future. Location wise, it was near all the Disney parks and great restaurants. Property wise, the exterior is a bit older-looking than chain hotels but kept up SO immaculately. The actual suites are even more pleasant and has all the comfort necessities for families to thoroughly enjoy their stay. The only minor negative is that the wifi wasn't working during our stay. But we were told that it would soon be fixed after the holiday.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this one is worth it. Very relaxing place. Staff was very attentive and cared about your experience (hard to find these days). I would recommend to friends and family.

Best Stay Ever

I had a very amazing experience at this resort. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I really enjoyed the amenities, the customer service, the hospitality. It had absolutely everything that I needed right there at the resort which made my stay so pleasant. I will visit this resort again and recommend it to all of my friends and family.

Very perfect!!!

10 minutes drive to Disney world. Hotel staffs were very confident and friendly. Room was very well maintained. Kitchen was fully equipped and laundry was free. My family enjoyed BBQ, swimming, hottub, fire place every evening. I stayed for 4 days and regretted that I could not stay longer. Will definitely stay again!

Great weekend escape.

Only draw backs were the $100. cleaning fee and my Ice maker was not working and I guess they forgot to come check on it. Otherwise, it was a lovely escape a good size unit we will definitely be going back.

Loved this Hotel

I enjoyed every bit of my stay at the Suites of Magic Tree. The check in was super easy. The front staff want hands down the BEST I have ever encountered. They should be the model every hotel uses to when training staff how to treat guests. I will be sure to stay here every time I am in Orlando. I would like to thank them for making my birthday weekend AWESOME!!
