Great little newly renovated motel. Cute rooms. Saw maybe 2 roaches. But that's it during our entire 3 week stay. The staff is very friendly and its a very quiet safe place to stay

The Sunshine Inn was a fine place to stay. The room was large, well-furnished, and clean. It was a bit back off the road so it was quiet and safe. They had a good sized pool. There is a very good pizza place just a few steps up the block.

The room was clean enough. But what I don't appreciate being mislead by the advertising. When you look at the pictures like the lobby for instance. The lobby in the picture is light comfortable looking and makes you think you're in a tropical kind of atmosphere. Instead the lobby is dingy. The front desk has bullet proof glass. There is no couch. When I pulled up to the hotel the front desk clerk was standing outside having a smoke. The room itself was clean enough but once again it doesn't come close to what was portrayed in the pictures.

We stayed here for a week and for the price we paid, we really enjoyed it! We don’t have any bad things to say about Sunshine Inn at all. It was a very quiet and clean space to spend the week on our trip. We enjoyed how close it was to everything and our room was very big!! Loved it! Definitely recommend!!!

The place was good i would stay again, im a vacation home cleaner so i notice stuff not cleaned, only 2 towels in room for 3 night stay 2 people unsafe a little for us 4 or 5 msybe homeless sitting by trash. Pool area was nice, relaxing Over all for the price cannot complain
