Welcome to your perfect Clermont getaway in the beautiful High Grove Resort. This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is designed for relaxation, fun, and unforgettable memories with family and friends.
This bright and comfortable home sleeps up to 8 guests and features:
• 2 King bedrooms – perfect for couples or anyone who loves extra space
• 2 additional bedrooms with two twin beds each – ideal for kids or friends
• Private game room in the garage.
• Private screened-in pool and spa.

On the first floor you enter right into the great room where you will enjoy gathering on the big L-shape sofa for your cozy family time. Open concept kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials to prepare your gourmet meals. And everyone will enjoy a special time at the dinner able. One half bathroom is conveniently located on the first floor with the access to the pool lanai.
All four bedrooms are upstairs: primary king bedroom with a soaker tub and a shower. Second king bedroom is adjacent to the other jack-and-jill bathroom that his shared with two additional bedrooms that contain two twin beds each.

The Pool and Spa heat is optional. $40 per day pool + spa heat fee. $20 per day spa only heat fee. Please let us know ahead of time if you'd like the pool heated so we can arrange it for you.
