The rooms should be renovated. They have a lot of wear and tear staff is excellent. Catherine was great she made my steam very pleasant so in staff and service areas I rate this a very good hotel

The place was terrible and I cancelled my stay after seeing the building. The room was ok but the sheets were not clean. The service was good and they agreed to cancel.

Me and my son's stay at the Green Palms Extended Stay was amazing. I mean, the pool wasn't opened and somehow we missed Breakfast but other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.

very dirty floors, burn holes on the bed sheets, cigarettes buds on the floor, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink was loose and had to be held to use it, none of the outlets work, no phone, tv didn’t work this was the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at would not recommend at all.

When we reached after a long long drive, they said they don’t have a room with sofa bed, which we booked, after sometimes they checked in to a room with sofa bed, after entering to the room we saw the toilet flush not working the toilet is dirty, the room smells bad, we informed them, then they said they don’t have any other room available, unfortunately we had to book another hotel,it was already evening, it was very frustrating and hectic to rebook another hotel and shift again with family after checking in. Extended stay America has lost its value and value propositions. Stay away from these hotel chain if possible.

Rooms were rundown Dirty. Beds were hard. Dirty walls. dirty floors. dirty bathroom and dirty premisis. Not safe. Not wel lit. Alot of majuianna and loud ness. Id never ever reccommend this place. No way does it deserve a 100.00 deposit. I asked for a refund on day two and they refused. Pool was closed too. Terrible breakfast also. All old n cold. Terrible place n management was terrible.

yes, the room was neglected, dirty, and broken fridge broken coffee maker. Broken dryer broken switches and no hot water. Bathroom was very disgusting and the toilet would flush and it kept clogging up.

What didn’t go right is a long list, the room was run down and disgusting and I felt like I was going to get bugs, the person at the front counter was not so friendly when checking in. Very friendly when checking out though! And I didn’t even go to breakfast because I was afraid of food poisoning! It was NOT a good experience!

The room was absolutely horrendous and nothing like the pictures depicted. The room was absolutely filthy and not at all maintained. We had live and dead cockroaches in our room. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything in the room beside. We ended up only spending a few hours since we landed late and cancelled our reservation first thing the next morning. I cannot believe that they would even rent these rooms. Absolutely STAY AWAY !
