"No running water for 8 hours. Expedia said there was an indoor pool. Not one. Hot tub barely worked. Pool too cold to swim. Bed very uncomfortable. "

"Julien and Christian were phenomenal, they always went above and beyond! Their customer service is Five stars!! Julien was always friendly and he made an exception and he didn't charge us for checking out a little bit after the check out time. Rob was also fantastic, he upgraded us to a Suite which my husband and I appreciated very much especially since we were staying at Kompose Boutique Hotel for 10 days for our 1 year anniversary trip! The suite was so wonderful. We enjoyed everything including the 2 large TVs, the beds were so comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The extra closet space was great too. The free breakfast was 5 ⭐ they had a great variety ranging from eggs, bacon, potatoes, bagels, toast and cereal for children..they had healthier options as well including oatmeal, yogurt and juices and lots of coffee. The girls who worked there in the kitchen were very nice, Joel their manager was very accommodating and top notch as well. Bottom line, we had a fantastic stay and everyone we came into contact with who worked there were professional and provided great service! Next time we visit Florida, we will definitely stay here again, it's our new favorite place. Thank you from Mark and Jane!"

"This was a beautiful property. We stayed in a one bedroom villa, which was small but comfortable. It was nice having a washer and dryer! We didn’t use the kitchen, but enjoyed the lanai. The pool was great (we used the Key West pool because that’s where our room was). The activities were fun and my husband even won at Bingo! The staff was very welcoming and we are already planning our next stay in a two bedroom this time."

"The rooms and building look nothing like pictured. The bathrooms are gross and outdated. When we arrived there was hair in the sink and stains on the towels. The area by the elevators smelled like weed and it overall looked terrible. The pillows were the worst I’ve ever seen and the bedding was not comfy. "
