"The night shift Guy was awesome but let me tell you that the next morning I got up I went out to breakfast. I came home and when I got there, my door keys didn’t work. I then made my way out to the front desk clerk, and when I gave her my ID. She said that my name is nowhere to be found in the system with that itinerary number. They would not let me in my room for two hours, and I had to call the law for them to do that because they said somebody else’s name was on my reservation that I checked in the night before. Extremely dissatisfied and I want a refund."

"This house met our needs perfectly. We had a large group come to our daughter’s USF graduation. The drive down the driveway was a bit scary, but once in the house, it was great! We spent most of our time outside by the pool. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely stay again in the future if the need were to arise. Thank you. "
