"For 3 guests only single access key provided. It was too inconvenient on repeated request to customer service no action for additional keys. The unit beds were making noise and not comfortable to sleep."

"What a great place, gracious and accommodating host. Central to everything in Kenora. We will most definitely be staying here again."

"This was a business trip so the only challenge I had was setting up my laptop to work at a desk style setting. The room was fine, they fixed an issue with a handle quickly and was very communicatve. The location is near everything I needed including groceries and a couple of solid food and beverage spots just near the front door to the building. Overall good place to stay. Walking distance to the Convention center. Easy walk."

"Great location and all that we needed for our stay."

"Unit was clean but smelled like cigarette smoke ingrained in the walls. Terrible odours in the lobby, stairwell and hallway."

"The place is clean and well arranged kitchen, not too far off the places . Quiet"

"Lovely Host!"

"Great location to access all the things right downtown in Toronto."

"The place was wonderful! We enjoyed our 6 night stay, every room was very clean including the bathroom, and felt comfortable like being in our home. Had everything we needed, was quiet and peaceful and we slept well. Location is not far from Sandbanks Provincial Park with beautiful sandy beaches. We would recommend this property, plus the owners were very kind!"

"Very clean and enjoyable stay!"
