It is a old hotel, you can see the weariness of the room and appliances, but they are clean and sufficient to me. My room is facing the ocean and the beach, which is perfect if you are looking for ocean view. Great value for its price and location.
Great old hotel!!! very clean, friendly staff, very nice location with beach view from the room. Onsen also great

A small, cute, and comfy hotel with a private beach. It is located off the hotel areas of Onna village so you can drive to restaurants within 10 min. It is highly recommended to people who want a quiet and relaxing private beach time!

Large clean rooms (no hairs/dust/stains), but as other reviewers mentioned it is OLD. So there’s an inherent smell because of all this old furniture and on our last night, the sheets they switched were so musty and gross smelling that we couldn’t sleep and had to shower in the morning. Rooms are also thin and you can hear people talking/walking around.
Beachside was beautiful, Onsen, laundry on site, free parking, nice staff, gift store with snacks and drinks by the lobby is also convenient (and fair priced).
