Potential is there

Small local motel. Room was updated but not the cleanest. Linens were clean and bed was comfortable. Was told someone would clean the day after check in while I was working but it wasn't done. Tv worked. Location seemed safe. Would stay again if housekeeping improves.

We couldn’t stay at the hotel cause there wasn’t anyone at the reception and the place looked unsafe, dirty. Waited like for 30min and no one showed up to welcome us

Poor management and refund policy.

Hotel had an issue and was totally shut down. I was not informed. I showed up to find the place closed down, finding a number posted in the office window, called and was told I would get a refund. After scrambling to find a room somewhere else, it took forever just to get a refund.

No way to check in

I was not find anyone to check in with. I called the number that I found online but it was disconnected. You will not charge me for a room that I could not get in to.

Unsuitable for renting.

We were unable to check in. The units appeared that they were being lived in and rented out privately. The walks and parking lot was not plowed or shoveled. No Management was on site and there was no apparent way that they could be reached. There was trash throughout the check-in office which was locked, however we could see through the window to see there was nobody on site and the office itself looked as if it had been vandalized. There was a small out building and on the door said management but when we opened the door it was a room that had an old shopping cart, trash and a row of mailboxes inside. This Motel needs to be investigated and the site taken down from the hotels.com website.
