"Ash Grove was the perfect place for our stay. It is out of the way and rather private. It is not in the middle of Paihia but close enough that we could easily drive in to town to eat and go on our tour of the Bay. Even better, it was just down the road from Haruru Falls, which was spectacular. We loved going on a walk along the river. We felt very much at home in our little cottage. "The check in was very quick and we were shown personally to our lovely room which we had booked with a balcony. The owner was so kind and friendly and always on hand should you need anything. The room was big and clean and the location perfect. The kitchen was a lovely bonus. The shower was powerful. The bed was so comfortable and had the best night sleep. Wish we could have stayed longer, it really is the most wonderful area located 1 minute from the beach and all the lovely shops and restaurants of Paihia. Would recommend 100%"
