We really enjoyed our stay at South Point. The staff was lovely and the room was even better than we anticipated. The only drawback of this hotel is its location since it's a bit isolated and the nearby beach is not good for swimming, but it's easy to call an Uber to get anywhere you want to go on the island.

We got the Family Suite and it was very spacious and had really nice furniture. The staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel does have beach access, but it is a small beach. Location wise, there is not much else to do within walking distance, so best to rent a car.

I don't recommend the restaurant at all, we had waiting 2h30 for our plates, it's very slow. And the breakfast is very expensive! The price is fair for the quality level of the hotel. The hotel is nice, clean and quiet .

The hotel is fine, and the room is great, clean, with a kitchen The restaurant is slow, but check the place nearby, Surfer's Bay Good place if you rent the car, otherwise you end up Uber or taxi everywhere, because its nothing to do in hotel

The overall experience was positive, however, housekeeping could be more responsive! The one think that irked me was that the building has no elevators. You have to walk 2 flights of steps to get to your room if you are located on the 2nd floor. The beach access is within 2 minutes. The landscaping is nice and staff are friendly!

The room was clean and modern and very comfortable but my favorite was the bed. It was super comfortable; so much so that it felt like I was sleeping on air. The staff were also super helpful. The shuttle was an added bonus. I did not take the shuttle to the hotel and our taxi driver got lost. So make sure you let the hotel know your arrival details so that the shuttle would be available.
