Quiet (it’s in center city but tucked away so you don’t hear traffic noise), clean, friendly staff. You don’t hear cleaning staff in the morning. Basic rooms have excellent amenities, including bath robes, fridge, and tea kettle. It’s really an amazing value and I’m very pleased so far.

Halfe way from the railway station to the center.

Good location and great staff. There was only one problem. There was a smell in the barhroom. We rapported it, but only stayed one night. So we don't know if they fixed it. :)

Otelin konumu iki merkeze de uzaktı yürüme mesafesi olarak uzundu her yere 20 dk. Fakat sahile stadyuma ve dolfin clup e yakındı. Otel görevlileri bize en üst kat ve çatı odayı vermiş, hiç memnun kalmadık. O kadar yürüyüş yapıp geldikten sonra odaya tırmanmak için tam 79 merdiven çıkıp inmek zorunda kaldık. Oda çatı katı olduğu için her seferinde tuvalette ve oda da kafamızı tavana vurduk.

Normalt, fint nok hotel. Værelset var lidt gammeldags og vores værelse lå lidt mærkeligt lige ud til receptionen og deres depot.. Det var fin service og rengøring. Morgenmaden var også god, men ikke så stort udvalg. Hotellet lå godt i gåafstand til strand og by.

Great Hotel and helpful staff

I stayed in this hotel last week and I really liked it. Its a lovely hotel, very well taken care of. It has a good internet wifi signal from everywhere in the hotel and restaurant. The staff were very nice and helpful, and there was a good selection of food for breakfast. Thanks Dvorik staff for all the help you gave me! Will definitely stay again here.

Nice stay but they gave us worse room than we paid

We had ordered and paid for a standard-class room more than a month in advance. The room they first gave us (in the attic, with sloping roof, 4th floor without elevator, quite far to reach) was not one of the standard-class rooms which appeared on the website photos, it actually was one of the rooms with inferior class. When we asked about this to receptionist she told us that they actually gave us a standard room, and that the website showed wrong photos because it wasn't updated... Even the price in the bill she gave us was lower than the amount we paid in advance. She didn't want to accept our complain, and she suggested to leave to another hotel (impossible during high season) because they had no other free rooms. We asked to talk with the manager of the hotel, she said it was not possible because the manager was not available, but after insisting we talked with her by phone. When the manager heard our complaint she acknowledged their error, apologised and arranged a new room (higher class) for the evening, without even mentioning any of the excuses the receptionist made up. The new room was clean and well furnished, bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. They kindly let us store our luggage until our departure. We rented bikes, price was ok but the condition of the bikes was quite bad. Besides the described issue, the overall stay was very nice and pleasing, but the argument took too much of our holiday time and stress.

Om du uppleva sovjetisk managementstil så får du gärna åka till detta hotell. Personalen är mycket trevlig, frukosten är bra, WiFi snabb och stabil, MEN två saker förvånade oerhört: 1) hotellets manager beslutade att vi skulle betala för extra sängen, trots att vi redan betalat för den i samband med bokningen av hotellrummet. 2) En morgon blev informerade om att hotellets manager hade beslutat om en ny regel - den första kaffekoppen till frukost skulle ingå, medan den andra och tredje mm skulle kosta extra. Jag försökte förklara för hotellets manager att hon rätt att införa nya regler, men att de nya reglerna skulle gälla nya bokningar, men inte befintliga som är betalda. Det gick inte hem hos henne. Sannolikheten att jag i samband med min nästa resa till Odessa bokar detta hotell har sjunkit till 0,01%...

Dessverre alt begynte veldig dårlig. Bestilte stort rom 25 kv/m med balkong, istedenfor fikk en kjempe trang loft rom ,selvfølgelig uten balkong. Etter at jeg klaget på det, fikk vite at kan flytte i en større rom om( :D )tre netter..Uten balkong. Brukte penger for å ringe til Hotels.com(det koster mye fra Ukraina)...Neste dag fikk endelig bekreftelse att kan flytte i rom jeg bestilte, om en natt til...Svart ubehagelig. Resten var bedre. Ja, la ikke stå på bordet sigarett, kjøpt i en anen land-renholds damer forsyner seg uten forespørsel :D. Også personal i kantynen kjenner du noe uvennlige... Den beste var området, sentrum og nær ale steder,både strand og sentrum. Ja, wi-fi virket ganske dårlig

A penny-pinching establishment. Breakfast was sub-standard. The orange juice was not real juice, and the coffee, from a machine, was nothing like real coffee. Everything 'hot' was decidedly cool and under-cooked. The food here is abominable, and I could do without very loud music at breakfast time. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Ideal für einen Odessaurlaub

Gute Lage. 10 Gehminuten zum Meer oder in die Fussgängerzone. Hotel sehr sauber. Superfrühstück im israelischen Stil mit Riesenauswahl. Nettes Personal aber etwas ängstlich wenn man kein russisch sondern nur englisch kann.

Urlaub. Ich habe vom 1983 bis 1988 hier studiert. Habe meinem Mann gezeigt, wo ich 5 Jahre gelebt habe. Die Vergangenheit wurde wieder erfrischt, alles wie früher was die Atmosphäre angeht. Allerdings: Straßen und Fußwege kaputt - die Altstadt leidet, weil immer mehr Neubaugebiete entstehen
