A lovely 420 sf studio unit in Oceanside situated 1 mile from oceanside pier (5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk ) and old downtown ambience .This terrific property offers a peaceful retreat for guests looking to relax and recharge. Offers 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed, it comfortably accommodates a small group or a couple seeking a romantic getaway. The studio is equipped with heating & Air conditioning, an iron, a washing machine, WiFi, and a hair dryer, a patio deck with a beautiful ocean view to unwind with your favorite cocktail ensuring a comfortable stay. Whether you're exploring the nearby beaches or enjoying the local attractions, this tremendous studio provides a cozy and inviting space to come back to. Units has its own entrance and courtyard patio, full kitchen with all the amenities . Unit offers up front street parking only . Studio is a non smoking unit as well .

Guess are welcome to use patios in back yard but after 10 pm low volume and no smoking on premises. Access gate is to be closed at all times .
Patio deck staircase safety a must , no running or jumping off stairs . Small trash can is available at bottom of stairs so please discard any trash
Fans in studio are controlled by remotes that are mounted on walls ,please keep in it's holder/ mount Bathroom fan controller on Mount on wall as well

We had a great week in Oceanside. The unit was clean, well stocked with everything we could need, organized and smelled clean. For not being a very big unit, it took care of us very well. We met the host who introduced himself, he lives on site, and was very friendly and informative. We would stay here again.

Eric is a fantastic host and checked multiple times during my stay to ensure all was well. The unit is clean, fresh and peaceful. AC worked great but not needed with the windows open during the cool Oceanside nights. In unit washer and dryer are super convenient. Upgraded walk-in shower (no tub to step into). Access to the upper deck has a view of the Pacific and great sunsets. All around great stay, easy and quick drive to the beach. Worked perfectly for my needs in Oceanside!

Cute, spacious studio with all the amenities to enjoy a stay close to all that Oceanside has to offer. Unit is east of the 5 freeway, very easy to find and secure. The view from the deck out back is amazing - to watch the sunset and the occasional sounds of freedom from Camp Pendleton were just the R & R we needed. We didn’t make it back to the studio after dinner to enjoy the hot tub, looking forward to trying it next visit.. The extensive movie collection & complimentary snacks were appreciated as well. Thank you to our host Eric for recommendations and quick response to any questions we had.

Clean and spacious studio with a cute beach vibe, felt very private and secure with the separate locked gate entry. The studio was well appointed and had every thing I needed. It was a quick drive to the beachfront. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall our stay was great!! The studio was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with Eric was good. He was very quick to respond and helped us out by accommodating an early check in. Its clear he cares about his guests very much. Our only disappointment was that the listing said it was a 10min walk to the beach. However it is not. It's a 10min drive. We were very much hoping for something closer and walkable. We did ask Eric about this upon receiving the address after booking and chose to still come. Having beach gear available to use was big to us and he supplied everything you could need. We will definitely come back!
