The property is brand new and very clean. The staff, mainly the Inn Keeper Mailynn, was very pleasant and accommodating. My wife absolutely adored our room and all of the special touches throughout the Inn.

We decided to stay at the Maryland in last minute on a Friday and we were welcomed by the hostess and brought right to our room. The properties brand new and in great condition, and they even offer breakfast in the morning. It’s a wonderful little quiet spot in Ocean Grove, right across from the beach. Definitely recommend!

This property was fantastic! Everything was so clean, well appointed, and cozy. It is the perfect walking distance to the beach, to downtown, and a quick drive (or 15 minute walk) to all the great shopping and dining in Asbury Park.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marilyn Inn. It was only a block and 4 houses from the beach. Maylin was friendly and helpful while we were there. The Inn was new and nicely furnished. We had breakfast on the porch and it was delicious. We thought it was a continental breakfast but it was a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. We would highly recommend this Inn.

I was on a solo me-time vaca. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Marilyn was so sweet and funny. The staff were friendly. The place was very nice and looked newly remodeled. I loved the modern decor. Breakfast is included and was very good. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends. Also, it’s only a little over a block from the beach and you can walk around town. I didn’t need my car at all. I walked the boardwalk to Asbury Park and had dinner. Marilyn has bikes to rent as well. Great place, great little towm!

Our host Mailyn was fabulous. The breakfast was tasty and appreciated. The building is beautiful conviently located a short walk to the beach and a short walk to main street businesses and restaurants. Three items that made our review good instead of great: 1) we were on the top floor. hot water took a loooong time to get there 2) the shower stall in one of the bathrooms leaked 3) the thermostat is centrally controlled - it was too cold for our liking Oh and the pillows were amazing. Can you post what kind they are so I can buy some for home?

Beautiful, clean, updated and perfect location - walkable to everything and having the gorgeous beach there was amazing. Good breakfast and staff was super friendly! Only negative thing was the fire alarm went off in my actual room very loud at 6am and woke me up, staff said the stove set it off while cooking breakfast, and it has happened in the past. Should probably figure that out since it scared the **** of out me and a few offers, I couldn’t go back to sleep after that. But regardless I will definitely be back ❤️
