"Wir haben nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort geschlafen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt, sogar Brötchen hat die Gastgeberin noch für uns besorgt, weil wir sehr spät ankamen und der nächsten Tag ein Sonntag war. Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel und geräumig. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert! "

"I had a really unpleasant stay. The room was in terrible condition — the walls were covered with dark spots, and the bed linen was completely stained and full of lint. The shared bathroom didn’t have any clearly personal or clean towels, so it was impossible to know whether they had already been used by other guests. Overall, the place felt very unhygienic and poorly maintained. Definitely not recommended."

"Apartment Brunnerhof was a nice place away from the big city. The farm is beautiful. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Both Andres and his wife communicated well and the instructions were clear. My wife and I used their cute apartment as a home base while visiting our son and his wife in Eschenbach in der Oberplatz. It was a 30 minute drive away, but it is a nice drive. The apartment had everything we needed (and many things we did not need.) We didn't cook anything, but the apartment...

"Schön eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Appartment mit allem, was man braucht für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Exzellente Lage. Einzig der kleine Späti direkt gegenüber nervt nachts mit einer grellen Leuchte, die bei jeder Bewegung auf der Straße angeht. Mitnahme einer Schlafmaske ist empfehlenswert, da die Vorhänge nicht wirklich abdunkeln. "

"An outstanding and very spacious studio apartment,delightfully sited "with green views". I truly enjoyed the vigorous down and up walk to central Bayreuth, but there is a bus stop just around the corner. There are two great supermarkets within walking distance, though I really recommend this apartment to "agile" guests. Though note that car parking space appears ok just outside in the street."

"Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und bot von sich aus Hilfe an, fragte nach, ob alles i.O. sei etc. Zugang zur Unterkunft war simpel und autonom (Türcode). Die kleine Wohnung war hübsch und voll ausgestattet und sauber"

"Pros: Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, modern und sehr zentral gelegen (nur 15 Gehminuten bis zur Kaiserburg). Auch die Parkplätze vor Ort an der Straße waren gut beschildert und ausreichend vorhanden. Cons: Vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster standen Mülltonnen und der Geruch hiervon zog beim Lüften ins Zimmer. Ausbaufähig wäre noch die Küche. Hier wäre ein Herd mit Backofen wünschenswert. Doch hier ist der Vermieter bereits dran dies nachzurüsten. Somit top!! 😀"
