Just here for the night. Very basic but all we needed was a bed and the bed is comfortable. Could not get the TV to come on, we like to get the evening news before turning in so we do not even know what channels it gets

Let’s get real. This is a 5-star for inexpensive motels. Very clean room. Fridge, microwave, and A/C. Convenient parking right next to room. All of which I wouldn’t expect for this price that beats the competition by a factor of 2!

Recommended, clean, quiet,and convenient.

Room was clean, staff was professional and courteous. Everything worked including wifi. Bed was clean and comfortable. I will stay again if near in future. Would definitely recommend. Very nice place.

Its a hidden gem . The laundry was right across from my room which made it very easy. The bed was comfortable , and the room was very clean. It was a refreshing change from some other motels. The owner/manager did everything: checked people, fixed broken equipment and cleaned the rooms. He was always available

Quaint little town

This hotel was good for an overnight stay. It was clean and very quiet as only 2 cars on the grounds. Manager was nice.

We love the convenience and budget price of this little gem of a hotel. We've always had friendly staff, 3rd time staying. The quad room is the best deal ever!! Dog Friendly at a very reasonable price with nice, big grassy area to walk them. Best in town for us!!

Great little hotel at a great price with parking a few feet from your door. Pet fee only $15 for the stay (not per day) with nice grassy area to take them out. Friendly staff, restaurant on site, easy walking distance to other rooms, nice covered outdoor sitting area with grill, sink, etc...

I've stayed in a lot of hotels and it is usually the little things that make or break it for me. Just to be clear...this was a very clean hotel with a very reasonable price. Now Oberlin, KS is by no means anywhere anyone would go on vacation. It's mostly hunters that stay in this area and it's perfect for what we are looking for. There is little to no dining options in the town. My biggest complaint would be the fact that the rooms had recently been updated....I could tell this from fresh paint, new carpet, tile, and linens. The door had a hole for a dead bolt, which would have been nice, but it was covered up with duct tape instead. Overall a nice place to stay, just don't plan on having ANYTHING to do unless you are a hunter.

It’s a very nice place

The rooms are very nice. Parking is right outside your door which makes it nice to bring things in. The people are very friendly. They have a awesome coffee machine that I liked. Anything bad that I have to say is I went to the office one time and ring the bell, but nobody came, but other than that, it’s a nice place to stay

Louis and his wife could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Property has been renovated so even though it is an older property it was clean and comfortable.
