The suite was nice and clean staff were very friendly. One thing to mention was in a full kitchen there wasn’t any cutlery or glasses. Not even a single cup. After pleading with the staff they did finally get us a couple glasses. I believe they should at least supply a couple glasses for the bathroom and to have a sip of Wine😬 Other than that it was great. Breakfast was excellent at the restaurant.

Very good hotel on the western side of Oaxaca city. Nice rooms and villas (like cabins). Creative architecture. Excellent meals. We’ll come back and stay longer another time.

Walls are dirty, fans are filthy, roaches. Curtains, sheets, towels are old and torn. TV programing and remotes only aloeed 1 channel, everyday I had to request support to program the tv to a remote to function. Staff is extremely cordial.

The staff are wonderful Service was wonderful. Our Villa was more than we had expected, clean with very attentive housekeepers. Overall, the site ideal place to unwind away from Centro but could use updating

La tranquilidad que se tiene en la Villas se agradece, a mi parecer le hace falta un buen mantenimiento a las villas, pues tienen cojines con manchas o paredes con poco mantenimiento que podrían arreglar con poco dinero y darle una mejor presencia al hotel, adicionalmente el que cierto mobiliario este fijo en el piso, no ayuda a que uno pueda estar cómodo en esos espacios.
