Hi. This Hotel is in middle of a busy intersection. Noisy. This is a 1 star 🌟 property. Old and most basic. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy walk to zocalo and other downtown attractions. Wifi was sketchy at times. Only one light for whole room. Shower water pressure was terrible. Maybe shower heads need descaling.

I have stayed in a few hotels in Oaxaca city thru out years. This is one of the best when it comes to location and price. Over the years Oaxaca has become a tourist mecca. For this reason the prices on hotels have sometime more than doubled. This a great hotel to come and rest after a long day. Clean and friendly staff with WiFi that works from anywhere on the hotel is a plus. Location is great, walking distance from many restaurants and the great neighborhood of Jalatlaco. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Like other rivews have stated, hotel is situated right next to a very busy road. Room was nosiy through the stay especially at night. No hot water was available throughout the stay. Only positive is that it was close to city centre.

Great price and location for a quiet hotel in Oaxaca. Edith, Leslie, Arturo, and Omar were helpful, knowledgable, and kept an eye on me. The rooms/bathrooms are a great size and are maintained daily. If there is one thing I would change, it would be to eliminate the tarriff/tax for a visitor to come see you at the hotel. Currently, if i have a friend or guest over, we could only meet in the lobby or in the sitting area- once they cross the threshold of your room a charge is levied. This policy should be revisited and done away with.

The only thing which was annoying, is I had mentioned to the staff I am going to a local friend to stay with me for two days. I also mentioned not to mention to my friend of payment. Will settle the bill before I leave, as I was not sure if my friend was going to stay one , two or three days. Even though they claim they understood and was okay. But every day they asked for me for money. They must have asked me three or four times of the day. Worst they requested the money in front of my friend, communication between staff is poor.

Me tocó en una habitación con ventana a la calle principal y había ruido en exceso parecía que dormí en la banqueta, pedí un cambio y me dieron la habitación de arriba ósea con la misma ventana hacia la calle y se escuchaba igual el ruido en exceso lo cual fue muy difícil dormir bien tanto en la noche y el la mañana 6:00 am ya había mucho ruido

Fue muy ruidosa la habitación que me dieron.,pedí cambio y me dijeron una muy parecida solo en planta alta, con ventana a la calle principal y había mucho ruido de tráfico toda la noche no pude dormir y desperté muy temprano por el ruido de la calle, literalmente parece que dormía en la banqueta
