I enjoyed the hotel very much, I also love the complementary water that we were provided daily plus how clean the hotel was. The only shortcoming for me would be having perhaps a microwave in the lobby, a better wifi service. The staff is super nice

It was clean. Older with sinks that sometimes gave hot water, sometimes not. Showers always have hot. Rooms dark. If you don’t speak Spanish you may have trouble communicating with the staff. Staff all friendly, willing to help & accommodating. Central location. Good pricing.

到着して最初に予約の確認が取れずスタッフの方とコミニケーション出来ずかなり困惑しましたが　後はとても良かったです。 設備はドライアーが使えなかったり、テレビリモコンがありませんでしたが他の物を用意してくれました。治安も良く良いところです。

Buena ubicación, requiere de mantenimiento

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, está a unos pasos de la Iglesia de Santo Domingo, con muy buenas opciones de restaurantes y comidas, el lugar es tranquilo y seguro. Hay algunos detalles, poco mantenimiento a las instalaciones, no fue suficiente el agua caliente, y el ruido del ventilador es agotador. Las sillas de descanso que estan en los pasillos no se pueden usar por que están llenas de sábanas o toallas.

Arreglen el agua caliente y todo de 10!

El Hotel está muy bien, salvo las regaderas; aconsejo remodelarlas. Y lo único fatal fue que no hay agua caliente, ya había leído en comentarios esto pero mi lógica fue que después de meses ya lo habrían arreglado y pues: no! Rentamos otra habitación para mis hijas, nos quedaron enfrente del lado izq y resulta que mi esposo y yo teníamos que irnos a bañar a su habitación porque ahí salía caliente el agua y eso era incomodo. Ó sea; el lado del hotel izquierdo sí había agua caliente y del lado derecho las habitaciones no (según nuestros cálculos ya que otros huéspedes se molestaron por lo mismo). Está bien ubicado sí lo recomendaría; claro! una vez que inviertan en otro boiler para ese lado del hotel.

Está en excelente ubicación, pero le falta muchísimo mantenimiento. La puerta no tiene cerradura de seguridad. La ducha perdió la jabonera, de manera que no hay donde colocar el jabón y el shampoo mientras se baña uno. La regadera es de teléfono, pero no tiene donde sujetarse, cuelga y con cualquier descuido empapa el piso del baño. No hay luz de lectura sobre la cama. Las sábanas y sillas están desgastadas. No hay ganchos para colgar ropa...
