Right on a main highway in and out of town, but once through the front doors and lobby, it's a beautiful private, quiet court yard surrounded by the rooms. A short cab ride to Oaxaca Centra where the action is. Victor is a great host. Very helpful and fluent in English.,

El hotel es bueno, su personal muy servicial y atento. El baño muy impractico, no hay donde colocar las cosas. A la hora de solicitar factura, comento el gerente que no la podía otorgar, que sería a traves de Expedia, nos desconcertó pues en otras ocasiones el hotel nos la proporciona. Es un hotel que en Expedia aparecía como cercano al centro de la ciudad y ese dato resultó absolutamente falso. Empleamos entre 30 y 40 minutos en cada desplazamiento al centro. Además, está ubicado en una zona de pésima infraestructura, a la orilla de una carretera y frente a una calle sin pavimentar. El precio resulta extremadamente alto para sus instalaciones y ubicación, casi el triple de lo que nos costó una habitación mejor en un hotel del centro de la ciudad en el que acabamos quedándonos una noche, aun perdiendo el dinero que ya habíamos invertido en el Casa Rivas. Nuestra reserva indica que pagamos por una "suite", pero eso también fue un engaño. Al hotel lo salva la amabilidad del personal que lo atiende.

El hotel es excelente pero nos quedamos sorprendidos que no cambian toallas de baño (estuvimos 4 días) además, yo me pinto el pelo y por un descuido se manchó la toalla,si hubieran cambiado toallas, se habrían dado cuenta que al lavarla fácilmente se quitaba, no lo hicieron así y al final nos cobraron la toalla, si me la pude traer pero al final fue un poco molesto para mi. Otra cosa, nunca nos dijeron que la TV estaba afuera de la habitación, también nos hubiera gustado saberlo desde un principio.

El servicio muy bueno, muy al pendiente de lo que se ofreciera, la respuesta muy rapida y de Buena calidad, las instalaciones muy limpias , comodas y cuidadas, un poco retirado del centro y no hay spa, pero muy excelente opción para descansar y relajarse. Restaurante muy básico.
