Happy and sunny atmosphere

Th manager and the girls working at the hostel are it main attribute! They contribute to create a happy and peaceful armosphere. The hostel is in the most central position, spacious rooms, internal patio with hammock and tables with umbrella. Everything else you need is there around.

The pillows and blankets were dirty. I could smell the head smell of the other guest who stay at this place. The room smell like mold and dirty. The front desk lady change the price from the reservation and charge me more. I stayed because I was tired but never will stay in this place

Internet connection is quite bad. If you are a digital nomad, I don't recommend staying there. Reception is always full of people asking many things and you need to wait a while until they serve you. The kitchen space is shared with the laundry. it was a bit unclean.

Es un hospedaje modesto cerca del centro, colorido, con precios módicos entre semana que se incrementan el fin de semana y dependiendo de la temporada, está lejos de bares o fuentes de ruido, salvo que haya huéspedes ruidosos.

25 mins walk from ADO, 16 mins walk from plaza. Room is clean but on the lobby floor that will be noisy in the morning. Do not buy local tour with them, they overpriced, street agent 200 Peso, they charged 300. It is first time, hostel charges the luggage storage, 25peso after 6 pm.😞 a lady can’t speck English always with long face and not helpful. The other lady who can speak English is nice person

I stayed here at the off season so it was quiet. But the staff were very friendly and the location is amazing. Would stay here again. The showers had hot water and the rooms were comfortable

Estivemos neste hostel durante o Dia dos Mortos. Passamos por falta de água quente nos chuveiros e falta de limpeza no mesmo. Pouca privacidade no banheiro. Os funcionários foram desatenciosos e não há uma politica de silencio próximo das acomodações. Portanto, fomos incomodadas por viajantes que fizeram barulho e musica alta pela noite inteira. O ambiente e a falta de atividades não favorecem a socialização.

Just terrible management.

We arrived at the hostel around 8pm.The receptionist was attending another person and told us to wait. He then left and didn't show up again. We waited for 10 minutes until a lady showed up. 1st surprise: don't accept card payments like stated on the website. Asked us to go to the bank now. We asked if it's OK to just pay before checkout. Went out for dinner. On our return were rudely asked again to go to the bank.(at midnight). In the morning they came into our room to ask us to pay. The bathrooms seemed like they were not cleaned in a few days. Prefer not to share the pictures here. (bins and floor full of toilet paper.also in the shower.) toilets disgusting, etc. In the morning, when I asked if there wasn't any water in the shower I just got the response 'no'. For this price you would expect a lot more. I would avoid this place if I could.
