The accommodation is very poor, the toilet facilities are very old, and if you check out late at night, they will charge you 25 NZD per hour. This is the first motel I've stayed at, and it's not cheap. I suggest not staying here in the future.

As always the Ambassador offered a restful, convenient place for this traveller. I have stayed there a number of times before and would recommend it. The complementary muffin on arrival is a lovely touch!

The Asure Motel was lovely and clean it was a cold day when we arrived late in the afternoon and they had put the heating on which was great. We had the room close to the road and were worried about road noise but it was not a problem
