"I've stayed here many times, yet each time seems to be a little less than the time before. My room keeps getting downgraded, the service is not as great. For this past stay, the front desk clerk was not very patient. Not rude, but not accommodating either. He seemed bothered that I was checking in past 6pm and not parking in their secured parking lot. I was literally parked 2 car lengthens from the front door. I had every intention of moving to their lot the next day, when it was light outside. He seemed annoyed by this. My room included a sofa with an old, dingy couch cover. Not terrible, but not charming. The curtains didn't close all the way so the light from outside kept filtering through. A few minor tweaks will make this hotel amazing. I get it, we all have bad days, but this is a service role. Remove furniture that is too old to keep. Install black out-pull down shades in rooms near flood lights. Location is exceptional. Super fun block on the older side of Santa Rosa. "

"An okay stay not worth the price. Their system was down when we arrived and we were not compensated they had us wait for about an hour to check in. The room mirror had dark spots/stains. The parking lot was a little far from our room. The restaurant was overpriced with very few options to choose from (however they are in the process of making a new restaurant idk maybe that’s why?). A staff member misinformed us that the market closed at 10 when really it closed at 8 so we were not able to grab a last minute snack or beverage from the market. I just expected more from the resort I felt let down. I pray that if anyone decides to stay here they have better experience than I did."

"I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE CRUSH LOUNGE! I WAS THERE EVERY NIGHT OF MY STAY 4/23-4/27. All the servers were cool and my main guy was Miller. Management was very nice and recognized my birthday. I would go back there again! The Velvet Margaritas are to die for!"

"Location it’s easy to find right off the freeway. Convenient on-site parking, well maintained, and very clean common areas. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast at the restaurant was good and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you."

"It’s located adjacent to an abandoned casino/hotel which attracts homeless people. Easy to get around the town; located near freeway."

"The rooms are very clean and appear to have been revamped recently. Parking is safe and easy. The best part of the hotel is the front office staff. They provide excellent customer service and have a way of making you feel very welcome. They provided me with great information on some of the wineries which was very helpful in planning my day trips. "
