Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Rude staff, no WiFi, property was super dirty, elevator, parking, hallways, room smelled like mold/mildew, after 30 min in my room someone opened up the door and said that room was assigned to him, card for the door was deactivated everyday several times a day, bathroom exhaust fan not working, bathtub faucet coming off the wall

This is not a safe location . Strangers were banging on my door at midnight and the hotel appears to have no cameras. Police in this town also do no not routinely monitor the property as they do motels in other towns . The motel room window was broken and boarded up likely from a previous event . The basic tv channels didn’t work, the tv didn’t work full screen and the toilet didn’t work. Stay away.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When I checked in, the key card for the room wasn't working, so the staff member said he would come and open the door whenever I asked. Later that evening, when I returned, I found out that someone else had taken the key and I would have to wait an hour. I then asked to change rooms, but they gave me a non-AC room where the bedsheet was torn. I checked out a day early, yet they refused to refund the charges for that day; furthermore, they made me feel like a thief simply because I kept asking them to open the room.
