"In the spring of 2018,we (two adults with our children, 18, 16, 13, and 11) had 11 unforgettable wonderful days at Woodcombe Lodges. We had a very pretty and convenient lodge in very good condition, with a great veranda for rainy, cloudy as well as sunny days. Also great is the game room shared by six lodges, with table tennis, billiard, and a football table. There is also a common washer and dryer, fed by 20 pence coins. "Had a lovely stay in the Owl's Roost. The hosts were so kind and couldn't have been more helpful. It was so peaceful being surrounded by fields. The cabin was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfy! The hosts even offered to provided a telescope to use for the clear nights, which was a very nice touch (we did bring our own) We will be returning again in the future."
