"Great house layout for larger groups. Breakout areas, plenty of good size rooms, 3 bathrooms. Open deck space is great - pretty weather/wind exposed at times. Would recommend safety strips put on both stair cases down to kitchen/dining area as this is a real hazard. Easily sorted tho. There was no coffee machine despite stating there was one in property notes. Twelve Sea or Dawn cafe are close by and can sort your caffeine/brekky fix.Ocean Grove is a cool quiet coastal town. Would recommend this house for family or friend groups. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay. Although it is another family's house, from the moment we walked in it felt like home. Everything was clean and tidy, and the amount of toys and activities for the kids available across the bedrooms, playroom, lounge and outdoors was fantastic. The shops and beach are only a short drive away. Great communication from the host throughout. Highly recommend for young families looking to stay on the Bellarine!"

"We enjoyed our stay overall, especially the layout of the house, which was fantastic for a larger group and gave everyone plenty of space to relax and spend time together. It’s a great setup for families travelling together.There were a few things to be aware of — the check-in communication could have been a bit smoother, and there are quite a number of house rules to follow. The optional bed-making service was available, though the extra cost felt a little high considering the nightly rate. The location may not be ideal for those wanting to be right near the beach, but it could still suit travellers who don’t mind a short drive."
