Zum Teil unfreundliches und überfordertes Personal

Der Service und das Verhalten einiger Mitarbeiter war richtig schlecht. Kaum englische Verständigung möglich. Durch den Mundschutz wegen des Coronaviruses kaum zu verstehen. Nur ein Grinsen auf diverse Anfragen als Antwort ist nicht akzeptabel. Die Mitarbeiterin im Restaurant war während der zweistündigen "Happy Hour" nur einmal am Tisch. Die Speisekarte hat sie gar nicht gebracht. Empfangsmitarbeiter gehen nicht auf Kundenanfragen ein, obwohl kaum Gäste im Hotel waren. Zimmer mit Blick auf den See sind geräumig. Es gibt aber auch diverse Zimmer, welche nur Ausblick auf den Gang der davorliegenden Zimmerreihe haben. Die Wasserbungalows haben von Aussen den Charme der 60er Jahre. Das Frühstücksbuffet war akzeptabel. Alles in Allem überteuert und überbewertet.

wonderful experience

great location, got an upgraded from lake view room to Villa. nice services, you can easily join the tour from hotel to visit the town by boat, there's a port in the hotel and the breakfast is extremely perfect! by the way you can get a cheaper taxi to airport in a store which in front of the hotel.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt am Inle Lake

Wir haben nur 3 Nächte übernachtet aber es war alles perfekt. Super freundliches Personal und perfekter Service. Das Zimmer und Bad waren riesengross das Bett ein Traum. Auch das Frühstück und Abendbuffet waren lecker. Die Preise für Verpflegung waren für Myanmar zwar etwas hoch aber bei diesem perfekten Service zahlt man das gern. Abends geniesst man einen wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang am Pool. Wären gern noch länger geblieben.

Great view of the lake, villa is spacious and very comfortable. Staff is friend and they are willing to try their best to satisfy the customers. e.g. my friend and I wanted fries as a snack as we were not hungry but it wasn't on the menu. the staff in-charge went to check with the kitchen chef and we got our fries. Great customer service. Suggest to enjoy the sunset view during happy hours and take a boat tour organised bythe hotel as it is convenient and affordable.

Beautiful property. The rooms are tastefully decorated. They have a cultural show on Friday nights and we enjoyed that. Breakfast had good varieties, but their buffet dinner was just ok. The hotel is a little far from the main town but still a good location with easy access to the lake.

They do well considering the location and difficulty of some supplies and the remoteness. Staff try hard but communication was difficult most of the time. Water pressure very low meant the flush didn’t always work. Hope we’re very good when we had a sick child though and arranged for a doctor. Lovely lake side bar/restaurant.

整體不錯 酒店又新又整齊,Sunset Bar是大賣點 唯我房的熱水爐壞掉了 已有維修人員來兩次 每次都叫我等半個鐘才洗澡 最後在水溫不夠熱的情況下洗澡, 很冷很不舒適。

快適なレイクサイドホテル

過ごし易い乾期だったこともあり、キレイでサービスも良く快適に過ごせました。 ニャウンシュエに湖からアクセスできるのも魅力。 スタッフは、皆若く、リクエストに応えようと一生懸命対応してくれたのことも好感が持てました。 唯一の難点は、夕方に蚊が多いことでした。薬剤を散布しているようで、却ってヤモリなどを減らしてしまっているのでは？

Service at this hotel was absolutely world-class. The staff were extremely helpful when it came to day trips and travelling to and from the nearby town. When arranging travel to town or on day trips there is a kiosk across the road which I would suggest that you use. Using the concierge in the hotel, you get charged tourist fees. El hotel está ubicado a la orilla del lago Inle: es accesible por carretera en su lado oeste (unos 15 mins desde Nyaung Shwe, donde se llega en bus, y unos 70 mins desde el aeropuerto Heho) y por barco desde el lado este. Está formado por casitas flotantes en la orilla, por lo que es muy carismático. Las habitaciones son grandes, cómodas y lujosas. La comida del hotel es excelente. Sin embargo, cuidado! NO reservéis los servicios del hotel como taxi o barco! En nuestro caso, nos pedían 46$ para un taxi al aeropuerto mientras que justo delante del hotel hay una parada de taxi en la que nos salió por 30.000 Kyats (19,5$). Lo mismo con las rutas en barco. Entiendo que el hotel tiene que tener su margen en los servicios, pero una diferencia de 19$ a 46$ en el precio del taxi me parece excesiva e inaceptable.

Nice resort next to village

Nice resort with gigantic rooms. We particularly liked the big bathtubs, and the breakfast was awesome with both Western, Cantonese and local food options. The gym is small, but it had what we needed (treadmill, crosswalker, weights). Pool is nice as well. The service at the resort was superb, and the staff was very helpful in relieving a small medical issue. The location of the resort is ideal, because there is an interesting village 10 minutes of walk from the resort.

Staffs are super friendly and they’re very thoughtful and helpful. They’re always around to assist on everything! We stayed in a lake view villa and the view was amazing

The hotel was in a wonderful spot on the lake. I arrived by boat which was a lovely way to go. By road is possible also. I received an upgrade to a bungalow, which was amazing and almost the size of my house!. The grounds were beautiful and the infinity pool was awesome, offering amazing views of both the lake and the mountains. The staff were fantastic and made me feel right at home and were very helpful. Food was also great. No complaints what so ever...

Located on the Inle Lake, they had individual villas on stilts. We somehow got an upgrade into one of these villas which was amazing frankly. It also has a private jetty for boat tours without having to to into Nyaung Shwe town (though probably costs more than one in town). One of the first times I have eaten dinner at a hotel and was pleasantly surprised with the locality of the food and execution too. The only downside was that in our newly upgraded villa, the fire alarm ran low on battery at 0300am so beeped very loudly. Had to call housekeeping but they were quick and efficient with dealing.
