Dirty kitchen, and smelly.

Although not the owner's fault, the flat I was in stank massively of cigarette smoke, due I think to a heavy smoker being across the corridor in another flat. They could however of put some air fresheners around the flat as it really was very unpleasant. The plates, crockery and cutlery also looked as if someone had cooked and eaten a meal, then put them back in the cupboard unwashed, and that most certainly is within the owner's control, and is not acceptable when paying £100 / night.

Good homely space whilst working away from home.

Clean self catering apartments. Not a 'hotel' as not serviced, but good value and comfortable. Check in was a little odd, having to walk to a local pub to collect keys which were not immediately available but lady running the pub was friendly and made a few calls to locate them.
