I did not even see the property. They were supposed to send me an email with entry instructions but failed to do so and Expedia had to find me other accomodation at the last minute. I recommend you never work with these people again.

BEWARE -SCAM The property was booked for a member of staff, when they got there at the end of a long day the hotel did not exist. There is NO hotel of this name on that road. We did receive an email from Expedia telling us there was no room available at 5am the NEXT morning. The money has been taken for the room as well. Shame on the hotel and Expedia for advertising this hotel. We require a refund

The toilet is broken the toilet seat on top of the toilet seat is human feces there the bedding is very dirty The bedroom window is broken. That's a fly everywhere in the corridor going downstairs. I would like action to be taken as soon as possible. And I will like my reform back. What did it advert in the website? And what you see in real life is different. I am not happy and I want my money back. I want compensation back No heater

Don’t ever book on that property.

It was so disgusting. I called the property on the day to let them Know that we are on the way . I was told that he couldn't find my booking . I tried to give him my reservation ref he refused because he said there’s no available room anyway. He told me to contact the hotel. Com to ask my refund and he cut me off. That was so rude. I end up paying expensive for our accommodation in that night because it was too late and most of the hotels are fully book

Beware

Dont try this place! Its not even namned Richmond House Lodge on the building, its named Harmony Haven and has old ratings that says its got 8,9 points in Great Review from year 2017 and there is also a FHR rating on 5 but they dont even serve food! You dont get information on wich room you have been given, mine was called Amity Suit ;-) My room was supposed to have a double bed, it was a small 80 cm bed with used sheets. It smells mold in the toilet and its very noisy from outside. It was hard to get in contact with the staff and there was kids screaming and rumbling all night. Only positive thing was that the TV worked.
