Great property in great location. 3rd time staying here. Only thing is this time we were on busy busy street so hardly got any sleep. Pelican crossing straight outside. Noisy people partying etc till all hours. Very very busy with traffic too. Excellent large room with sofa sitting area with tv. Spacious spotlessly clean bathroom. Room too. Very comfortable beds. Loved it all

Very comfortable stay for a couple of nights. Room was clean and functional (though basic), beds were comfortable. Location was great - right in the city centre. Check in, check out, parking etc was simple and without issue. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and eat as much as you like - reasonably priced.

I booked this hotel for my Mum and I as it's conveniently located a 5 minute walk from The Theatre Royal where we were attending a show. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and we had a tasty breakfast included in our price. On checkout at 11am staff allowed us to keep the parking space until 2pm which was very much appreciated! Overall, excellent location for the theatre and restaurants nearby. We would recommend and return, especially for an overnight theatre stay.

Cleanliness kept to a good standard. Staff in reception, breakfast bar and cleaners very helpful. Good choice of food for breakfast, full English and continental, pastries were good, nice coffee machines. Accessible parking and with voucher code from the hotel keeps it at an affordable price. The staff was very friendly on arrival and had us checked in within minutes. Our room was very clean and spacious. We had a twin room. One of the bed bases was broken but this was changed the same day as reported. The room was cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Coffee/tea was replaced daily and cups cleaned.
