Our 3 bed, 2 bath house is ideal for accommodating a maximum of 6 guests.

Kitchen - Dining Area:
Fully Equipped Kitchen: It has everything needed for cooking – gas cook, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, and kettle, slow/rice cooker, blander, water filter jug, washing machine

Consumables: Essential products are provided, such as oil, salt, sugar, tea, coffee, vinegar, and black pepper, kitchen roll washing liquid, hand soap, dish soap, cleaning products.

Dining/Workspace: The dining table is suitable for up to 6 people and serves excellently for both sit-down meals and as a working place.

Bathrooms:
1 Fully Equipped Bathroom with bathtub. Toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.
2 Fully Equipped Bathroom with walk in shower. Toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

Washing Machine: Washing machine with provided laundry liquid.

Other Appliances: Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Living Room:
Corner sofa, 2 comfy chairs, 2 coffee tables, Smart TV, Games, Books, Dedicated place for shoes

Parking:
Driveway for 1 vehicle

Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire house, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, and the front yard area.

Parking: The included private driveway is for guest use only (1 vehicle).

Check-in: We offer self check-in for maximum convenience and flexibility upon arrival.

To make things easy, your check-in instructions and full property details will be available via your personal portal link 24 hours before arrival.

We only ask that guests respect the quiet residential nature and the immediate neighbours.

We respect your privacy and want you to enjoy complete independence during your stay.

Working Hours: You can contact us by phone or message between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM for stay-related questions.

Emergencies: In case of emergencies, please call at any time.

Local Advice: If you have questions about the house, the area, or need recommendations for places to eat and local sights, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Our main goal is to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay while giving you all the necessary space.

Quick Steps Required Before Check-in
The following quick steps are required and can be completed quickly and securely online prior to check-in:

*Damage Deposit: A fully-refundable £250 Damage Deposit is required (released after check-out).
*ID Verification: ID Verification is required.
*Rental Agreement: A Rental Agreement must be signed.

House Rules and Important Notes
Parties/Events: No parties or events are allowed.

Guests: No extra guests. Registered guests only. Friends are allowed over but not overnight.

Noise: No loud music after 11 PM.

Pets: No pets/animals are allowed.

Smoking: No smoking inside the house.

Internet: Do not switch off the internet.

EV Charging: No charging of any electric vehicles.

Footwear: Shoes – please leave in the hall.

Towels/Stains: Please, no hair dye and no strong hair products leaving stains on white towels! Towels are the biggest thing... maybe bring your own if you want to take make-up off, etc., with a towel! Sorry!

Respect & Care: Please be respectful of the property and the neighbours at all times. Please do not rearrange the furniture. If you damage something, please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repairs.

Other Details to Note:

Dining: No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Waste: Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.

Energy: Make sure to turn off the lights and any electronics when you leave the house.

Security: Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

*Check-in/out Policy (Late/Early Fee)
Non-Approved Check-in/out Policy: Your Standard Check-in Time 15:00 and check-out is 10:00.

*Any early check-in or late check-out that has NOT been approved and confirmed by the host in advance will incur a penalty charge of £20 per hour.

Deposit Clause: If any of the rules are not followed, you will be charged an amount from your deposit, starting from £250.
