"This property is a hotel resort and casino. We look forward to playing on the casino floor and it turns out they are doing an upgrade, which meant that if you had a win at the machines they had to hand pay you instead of receiving a ticket. It was extremely cumbersome and took away the fun. They also couldn't print players cards that customer wasn't eligible for any of the rewards. We have a non refundable reservation and had seven 7 hrs. It would have been appropriate to give us a discount on the room and/or a coupon for a meal."

"Yes but, pet area had lot's of old and new poop and cigarette butts. Outside our window appliances that did not work covered in plastic. Room was all tile looked clean. But my socks turned Gray."

"I went looking for the ice machine could not call the front desk from my room to ask locations so I actually went to the front desk, they stated there was a phone service issue then told me were to find the Ice machine then after going to the vending location sadly my room key would not access the Vending area. Frustrated I never got any ice"
