"Avoid this hotel. The staff maxes the minimum for effort. There was no TV remote, after 2 days of trying, no TV remote. Bed was horridly uncomfortable. Place shakes every few minutes from the subway under the building. Elevator goes to the 2nd floor, I was on the 3rd, narrow windy stairs to lug your suitcase up. The main issue though is the staff; they max the minimum for effort. Deportation would be a good start for this miserable lot. A truly horrid hotel experience."
