"Beautiful location right on the beach!! Our room was great, beds were comfortable, we had a city facing room and it was fairly quiet during the week. The hallway carpets are pretty gross and stained, and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work, but otherwise we were very pleased. The attached restaurant was delicious! Note the pool is heated, so the 80-90 degree summer weather doesn’t really work during the day to swim in bath water, and the hot tub although large doesn’t have jets or water movement so it’s also like sitting in stagnant bath water. *when visiting, you must go to Black Diamond Oyster Bar and book a fishing trip with Sharkah Brah*"

"Parking is free on site, and very safe. A variety of restaurants are nearby and access is easy to get to the beach. There is a basic breakfast with a waffle machine, scrambled eggs, bread, and cereals. There is a swimming pool. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and outside on the walkway, we could see the bay. "

"Our stay at the beach condo was awesome. The space felt like home, very comfortable. Our quick walk to the beach took about 5 minutes. Awesome communication and very helpful, sweet owners. The pool is very well kept up, nice pool furniture, and the bathroom in the pool house is kept clean. We used the community charcoal grill diring our stay as well. We have never been to Padre Island before, but definately will be back!"

"Our little cottage was absolutely wonderful. It was clean and had lots of light. The amenities were as advertised and the bed we slept in was as nice as our bed at home. Although the unit was close to the pool, it was mostly a quiet space inside, and we were even there during spring break!My husband especially appreciated that the unit was so close to the Packery Channel jetty and the Bob Hall Pier because he's a dedicated fisherman. Of course the beach is only minutes away by foot and there is a nice sea wall for those who want to enjoy the beach without walking on the sand. Nearby there are restaurants (one is within walking distance) and numerous stores, including a grocery store. Veronica, the property manager was kind, professional, and efficient whenever we had any questions. So, to sum up, the cottage was an outstanding place to stay for our vacation and we hope to use it again when we return in October."
