Our Beautiful Coastal inspired Oceanfront condo with a warm seaside feel, situated on 3.5 acres of stunning waterfront property at Inn of the Sea Resort. We are located 15 minutes South of Nanaimo. Our privately owned condo surrounded by tall cedar trees, has breathtaking views of the Gulf Islands and the Stuart Channel. The Ocean and beach are just 20 steps away from our condo. Picture yourself relaxing on our front patio with a morning coffee watching sail boats and cruisers go by.

Our fully equipped condo offers 1400 square feet of living space on 2 levels. We offer 2 Queen size bedrooms, 2 full 4-piece baths, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace and 50" TV, dining room, 3 balconies, free-wifi, cable, local phone calls and on-site laundry facilities. The Main living area is located on the Top Floor and the second hotel style bedroom and bath are on the second floor.

You will enjoy panoramic views from our large ocean-side heated pool and hot tub. The Hot Tub is heated and open all year round. The Pool will open on or around May 15th and close September 30th. The private dock offers boat moorage and is great for crabbing and fishing. The property has a playground for the kids, a beach-side fire pit, various bar-b-que patios as well as a private tennis court, and lots of green space.

Inn of the Sea is an ideal year round vacation getaway. It is very popular with families in the summer and as a secluded retreat in the winter. With the islands mild climate its a perfect place to get away. Inn of the Sea offers seaside recreation, peaceful relaxation, natural beauty, and tranquility. The resort is beautifully landscaped with rose gardens and lush greenery. During your stay you may see playful Otters and Seals, Hummingbirds, Great Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, and maybe even Orcas swimming through the channel. Time can be spent beachcombing, checking out the starfish, kayaking, fishing and crabbing, or just lazing around the heated pool and hot tub.

We are located 20 minutes South of Nanaimo, 70 minutes to Victoria and 10 minutes from the town of Ladysmith.
BC Ferries, Duke Point terminal and Nanaimo Regional Airport are only ten minutes away.
