"It was perfect, everything was going so good. Staff members went out of the way to help us with assess ability shower chair and anything else we needed. Except next day there wad pool incident and pool was down for all three days. Lots people were disappointed about it but it was an accidence that happened. Otherwise view, beach, rooms, balcony were perfect. One more thing they should add to all rooms is AC. Very important for summer months. When it will be nice for the beach but you will need a AC in the rooms. "

"Property is undergoing remodeling and we stayed in a uniquely decorated room with canned fish decor! View was of the marina and cruise ship docks. My only request would be for a comfortable arm chair. Great location near riverside trolley. Breakfast was both hot and cold items."

"Some construction going on to get ready for the season, but it wasn't very intrusive. We were told the elevator would be out of order, so it was a pleasant surprise to find it working! No time for the pool during this visit, but we've enjoyed it in the past. Love Seaside and love the Hi-Tide. We'll be back for sure "

"Staff was amazing, rooms were gross carpet turned feet black ant problem dirty glass wear dirty towels breakfast was okay but biscuits and gravy every day they could switch it up to at least one more other option. "

"The pictures show a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. The only eggs were cold hard boiled, the only hot food was toast and waffles. There wasn’t even any yogurt. I only stayed here on account of the breakfast and I won’t be back. I can get the same garbage continental breakfast anywhere."

"The front desk rep was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that we had some guests smoking close to entry points and the smell came into our suite."

"My family and I (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for one night for a quick getaway. We stayed on the bottom floor, ocean view room. Pros: Check-in staff were great and friendly Lobby was clean and bright and modern Room was clean - looks to have been remodeled recently Beds were wonderful and comfortable. View is incredible! You can’t get closer to the beach without actually being on the beach! Fireplace in room was great. Cons: Walls are very thin - upstairs neighbors were very noisy, moving furniture, and since the floors are wood you hear everything. Poor ventilation - refrigerator was sweating leaving water on the floor. Bathroom stayed damp all night and day despite running the fan constantly. Had to hang towels outside the bathroom to dry. No rugs or mat inside - it’s the beach and it’s sandy. Even brushing our shoes/feet outside there was still sand everywhere. A rug inside the door would be very helpful. Or even a small broom in the room to sweep up sand. Pool is in a different building. A cold walk there and back! There were no towels so had to walk wet to the front desk to get towels. No kids in hot tub area (which could be a pro for some but my kids were very disappointed) and the pool was not very warm! We did enjoy our stay here mostly due to the view and easy beach access. I would consider staying here again if we got a top floor room as I think that would alleviate some of the issues we had with dampness and noise! Overall I would say 3.5-4 stars. "
