"Everyone was really nice. My room was very clean. No issues parking. Located in a nice area with a lot of food and shopping options. I would stay here again."

"Great stay - we'll be back for sure --- a few concerns to mention... and some great comments as well... the room had a musty smell, TV was not a smart tv, so we were unable to login to our Netflix account etc... no option to connect at all, could not even mirror to the TV, local stations only which was not good - this is a must fix for future guests, especially when it was raining and TV was the focus. Couch was not very comfortable - but it was a pull-out bed which was nice, TV in bedroom would not turn on, blank screen - couldn't figure it out... overall some great positives as well, room was fantastic, lots of space, much bigger than expected and having the separate bedroom was great - view was amazing, great balcony with tremendous space, beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. We used the kitchen the entire time and liked having the dishwasher. A/C worked great when used, and the breeze from the Ocean was awesome with the balcony door open. There were two Full size beds in the bedroom, a murphy bed and a pull-out couch, plenty of space for sleeping - the pool areas and amenities were great as well - very clean and well kept. Great walking distance to main street and parking was easy -- outside fo the few concerns - we loved the stay and we'll be back. I did want to mention that you don't get the room you saw when booking - we were in a completely different set up "reversed" from what the photos showed on-line when we reserved. Great stay overall though."

"Everything was pretty nice. The TV never did work for us in the master bedroom for whatever reason. But overall we still enjoyed our stay. "

"The whole property was dirty, the room had a bad smell , carpet and fridge was dirty . My view was a dirty pollen pool .pool wasn’t working . They didn’t check my id or give me a parking pass . Everything was dusty n dirty the curtains and Carpet . Made me cringe end up leaving early "

"Overall this was a decent place to stay. We were only in town for two nights. The room we had had a few issues link the sink drain in bathroom was broken so water would drain slowly the stopper had to be lifted manually to let water drain out. Some towels had black marks on them. The bed frame in bedroom was sticking out almost like frame was bigger than mattress and box spring scratch leg on it a few times could be a tripping hazard if people aren’t careful. Other than these few issues we had a great time."

"The front desk staff was friendy. I had a miss understanding about parking. Had to pay parking and put a hold on my credit card for damages that i was unaware of. The kitchenette did not have a oven, there were two steps in the room, that i had difficulty with. Couldn't get the TV to work, called front desk they sent someone that fixed it. Negative things about the room that needs maintainence attention is, the dining room chair the rods are out of the legs, the table was so wobbly you couldn't use it. The refrigerator was leaking, the lamp in the bedroom doesn't work. I'm not sure how the resort got a 9.0 rating. I did not notify maintenance of these things on site, didn't want to be bothered with them working on things. My question to you Expedia do hotels have set rooms that are for Expedia customers that are not top rate. This is my thought process for trip. The resort is large and beautiful with lots of things to do."
