"Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Candolim, Goa and truly enjoyed every bit of it. The property offers a calm and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway while still being conveniently close to the beach. The location strikes a great balance between accessibility and tranquility. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well maintained, reflecting the overall high standards of the property. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent throughout the stay. A special mention to the staff—their courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out and made the experience even more pleasant. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety and quality. The in-house restaurant also serves very tasty food, making dining at the hotel a great option. I also appreciated the complimentary access to the gym and the dedicated kids’ activity area, which makes it a great choice for both families and couples. Overall, a well-maintained property with great service, good food, and a relaxing vibe. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again!"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome—complete with their signature chocolate chip cookie—set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property itself is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a peaceful escape from the usual hustle of Goa. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and all the modern amenities you’d expect. I especially appreciated the balcony views, which added a refreshing touch to my mornings. The staff deserves special mention—they were consistently courteous, attentive, and eager to help with any request. Their hospitality made a noticeable difference and added a personal touch to the overall experience. The food was another highlight. The breakfast spread was extensive, catering to a variety of tastes, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. "The property is absolutely beautiful. The pools on the outside and inside are very nice and clean. The property is well maintained with a staff working diligently around the clock to preserve its beauty. There is a pretty awesome dinner and show sponsored by Le Petite Chef that is very nice and extremely affordable compared to the one in Delhi. The rooms are very nice, I stayed in a suite on the upper floor. Im not personally the biggest fan of Portuguese style, but it was done well. Again, I cant rave enough about how beautiful the property looks. On to the bad. The security will scrutinize the hell out of you. On multiple occasions I would walk by a guard and 5 mins later walk by the same guard and I would get the 3rd degree. I was on the property for 3 nights and I only left once, but I was questioned at least 20 times about if I was actually staying at the hotel. It was as if they were in disbelief. Lastly, a special thanks to the superstar TANAYA. From the second I checked in to the the moment I checked out, she was diligent and a powerhouse with resolving the most complicated and simple situations for me. She went above and beyond and never made me any false promises. I was there for a business trip and I was extremely busy and she took a huge weight off my shoulders. I had a really great experience and it was mainly due to her efforts to organize things. She should be promoted to hotel manager, she is an asset for the hotel! Overall, I give this place a two thumbs up"

"Our 2-night stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, seamless, and truly luxurious. A special mention to Isha for her incredible help and patience during check-in. She made us feel welcomed and at ease right away, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The hospitality extended throughout the property was outstanding. Bagwant from the security team stood out for his courteous and attentive approach, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything felt safe and comfortable. We also deeply appreciate Haydin, the duty manager, who handled an issue we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, it was resolved so quickly that it barely disrupted our experience. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained spaces, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Every detail, from the rooms to the service, reflects the high standards you expect from Taj. Overall, it was a memorable stay, made even more special by the wonderful team. We’ll definitely be coming back. "

"This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The overall condition of the property is extremely disappointing and far from acceptable. Cleanliness was very poor — the room felt neglected and unhygienic. The furniture was old, rusted, and in bad condition. Several items were either broken or barely usable. The flooring was damaged, and the walls looked poorly maintained, with visible wear and lack of care. It’s clear that proper maintenance is not a priority here. The entire place needs serious renovation and attention. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until significant improvements are made. Definitely not worth the money or the discomfort."
