The amenities were great to have. The parking lot is spacious enough, and fills up quick. The playground was nicer to have but it could use some updates. The indoor pool was fun to use and the hot tub was nice but they are difficult to get to from most of the rooms. I appreciated the coffee and breakfast availability. Our room was tidy but there weren't enough towels. Could do with some updates. The safe was dead. The fridge took some time to get cold. The hair blow dryer was pretty damaged and old. The area the hotel is at is a great spot though.

The room was clean but in need of maintenance. Peeling flooring at the main door to our room, light bulbs missing in lamps, worn out lampshades. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Very convenient location.

The lobby is great. Parking is easy and convenient to the rooms. Breakfast was nothing to complain about. We had two rooms. One had peeling wall paper, fridge freezer not working, hair dryer and bath fan not working. The other had large stains in the bathtub, insects in the bed and the TV, bath fan and hair dryer not functional. The microwave ovens worked but erratically. In both rooms, the beds were very loud, blankets thin and cold, linen had large brown stains. One pillow had clear lipstick stains.

The room was large and it’s hard to find a suite with a separate bedroom for a reasonable price. The room was old and hadn’t been kept up well, but was clean and comfortable. We would probably stay there again only because of the price and the room size.

This hotel for that money is perfect, they has two pools, hot tub, fitness room and such a beautiful foyer with stuffed animals for pictures. Room was clean, hotel need update, but for that price it is really good options, plus you have breakfast included, Staff very friendly.

Lobby was beautiful when we arrived. Check-in was easy and pleasant. Disappointed when we got to the room. Smelled of cigarette smoke. Looked very worn and dated. Windows were filthy. Bathtub had a warp in the bottom of it felt very awkward when taking a shower. Looked completely different from what the lobby area represented. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was well above average. Lots of choices and fresh. Would possibly stay here again, but maybe in a different part of the motel as I think we were in the older part

Upon arrival we checked in. As we entered our room we noticed popcorn on the floor in the middle of the room between the two beds. Not the kind of first impression you’re looking for. Went to the front desk to let them know and was offered a different room but did not receive an apology for the inconvenience. Besides that experience though everything else was pretty standard. I will say the breakfast was very well maintained and had a wide variety of options for every appetite. The employee working this area was checking hot food levels, cleaning tables after guests left, and emptying trash. One of the better breakfast experiences I’ve ever had.

The cleanliness of the room was not great. The room has a minor smell to it, carpet felt wet and there was dust on the lamps and bed frames. Stains on the box spring and no shower curtain. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time in the room because it’s wasn’t super cleanly. The continental breakfast was good and free hot chocolate and comfy lobby were the plus’s. Nice that it had both indoor/outdoor pool and playground for kids.

We have been coming here for quite a while and nothing changes. Last year I wrote to the owners about a couple of issues and they responded that the next time we came let them know.....well did but nothing!! We stayed three days October 7, 8 and 9, 2026 and did not get room service on the 8th....had to go to the front desk for toilet paper andnd towels and we put our own trash out....As again this year there were two outisde doors that should be locked so no strangers cant come in but have never been fixed...The staff are always nice but.....The breakfast is good.....The parking is good....but this is our last year here....For the price......not!!!!

Returning to this hotel in North Conway was an absolute pleasure. Compared to a few years ago, it’s even better now—updated, refreshed, and more charming than ever. The location is perfect, just steps from the main road and all the local shops, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling peaceful. Parking is a breeze, with spots right in front of the rooms, so unloading and settling in is effortless. The atmosphere is that of a true mountain chalet—warm, cozy, and full of character. In the lobby, a beautiful fireplace takes center stage, surrounded by comfortable sofas where you can relax with a coffee, read a book, or simply unwind after a day of exploring. A fantastic choice as a “base camp” for discovering the area: comfortable, inviting, and perfectly located. Highly recommended.
