"This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. "Beautiful little house, It was very clean and updated. I loved the large yard for our puppy. Beds were clean and comfortable, it was very nice that there was a laundry room with laundry soap. Would love to stay here again if we visit chama again. Also there was a nice little coffee shop that we walked to a couple blocks away."

"The innkeeper was so helpful and the room was so quiet and near to parking, with very little walking involved for elderly people! We enjoyed having the little reading room for a quiet evening. "The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"I came in late. I hadn’t planned to spend the night so I wasn’t organized at all. The staff helped me at every step. There was a blip with making the key. Instead of making me wait for them to fix it, security came and let me in my room right away. Mattress was comfortable. Room was up to date and very clean. Great location. Wonderful staff!"

"Beds seemed fine at first but actually they were really worn out and you sank into them. There was red paint or blood or stains all over the carpet and fold out sofa. Staff was not very friendly and huffed and puffed over giving us extra towels even though we are a family of 6 who booked the largest room and didn't have enough towels. They were also a little rude about us using the pool late even though we were told it was open till 10. Breakfast was very okay. It's a big hotel with a lot of people. Breakfast was busy and the area was too small. 3 hot options, waffles and bread and cereal. Overall I would have expected better for what we paid. It was good enough but for good enough I could have paid $40-$50 less somewhere else."
