We did encounter 2 black bears on the property when exiting our vehicle at night - nothing scary though - they were unbothered by us, and let us pass by no issues. "

"The front desk staff was very good. Check-in and out were fast. The hotel is located at the intersection of several roads, so you can access the roads very quickly. The breakfast menu is regular, nothing special. The walls, floors, and doors are not soundproof. You can hear everything. I do not know if it was supposed to be like that, but our beds were not made during our stay. Garbage stayed in the garbage bins until our checkout. The dirty towels were removed from our room daily, but we had to ask the front desk person to give us new ones."
