"The Row NYC is in a great location for Broadway shows & Times Square. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. My room was clean & tidy. The room did not have a hairdryer & a personal safe (which surprised me but I should check the list of amenities). The bathtub/shower while clean enough could use a good bleach/scrubbing. The shower head could be replaced as it sprayed in all sorts of directions. I would stay here again."

"I had an issue at check-in that was promptly solved by Janis and Marilyn P. They were polite, courteous, and worked to get the issue sorted. In the end, they upgraded me to a room with an Empire State view! They were fabulous, I will definitely stay here again!!"

"The Romer Hotel New York has two standout features which are the central location and the generous room sizes. Apart from this the room was very clean and the staff were friendly and responsive to requests like a room with a bath and a kettle. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but I understand this is quite normal in the US. I did not use the cafe during my stay."
