It's not within walking distance of the center of Mitilis, but if you have a car or rent one, it's an ideal distance. It's a peaceful and quiet spot nestled among olive trees. "Boutique hotel nestled on the waterfront with ample onsite amenities such as a pool and cafe/bar. Located near other great places like a bakery, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Easy to get to other parts of the island of Mytilini while traveling by auto. Highly recommend. "

"A couple of issues: (1) No soap. The only place I’ve ever stayed in my life where that happened (2) AC blows directly on the bed and it’s freezing. (3) it’s the furthest west accommodation near the beach from restaurants. Just some things to be aware of. Otherwise it was clean and affordable and the owner was friendly."
