"I have given a lower rating simply due to the inaccuracy on the Hotels.com website regarding the shuttle. It turns out that this 'shuttle' is not an airport bus shuttle but a train. If you have a lot of luggage, it's impossible to use this. No information was given on the site prior to booking. The taxi at the airport that we had to take at the last minute due to no proper shuttle bus cost us 30 euros as the taxi guy scammed us. The journey was about 4 minutes from the airport to the Hotel. This Hotel needs to be more clear about what the shuttle bus situation is as many people I spoke to had the same issue. Be transparent about it, that's all we ask. The Hotel itself is fine, the room lovely. We didn't eat the breakfast. Big tip for people staying here - just call an Uber. Cost was reasonable for the journey back to the airport."

"Service and hotel was very good. It was clean and staff were friendly and promptly helped with any questions and requests. Only negative would be the sofabed in the other room, it was sunken in the middle and not very comfortable. "

"Pictures are very deceptive. A lot of the rooms need updating as they do not feel modern at all! It looked outdated and unclean. The main bedroom didn’t even have proper lighting and we had to rely on the hallway light to see properly. Cleaning of the rooms before we got there was one of the worst I have ever come across. We had to do some cleaning ourselves especially as we had a young child running around. Which is unacceptable given the price to stay here. Often we would come back and wonder if rooms had been cleaned properly despite seeing cleaners. There were empty food bags that were left out as our bins were full and we would come back to still find them there. Overall I would say best thing about the place is the location. Literally close to a lot of restaurants and shops etc. "
