"The staff was amazing!! Mas (the concierge) was super helpful with recommendations and accommodations. For being a little hut in the middle of the forrest the room was okay. Just be reminded you are in nature and may need a few bugs and maybe even a lizard or two."

"Great, beautiful boutique store. It’s right in the center of old town Ninh Binh, so it was the perfect location. The staff is nice and welcoming. We had a river view room - gorgeous. Lots of places to eat and really glad that we could just walk around when night time falls since the area becomes alive."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vu Hotel. The hotel appears to be family-owned and operated, and the personal attention and hospitality really stood out throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight. The staff paid attention to the little details and noticed how much we enjoyed the fresh mango. As we were eating, they replenished the mango, filling another plate with fresh slices, a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects their warm hospitality. They asked about our breakfast preferences and even prepared chicken pho for us. It was one of the best bowls of pho we had during our time in Vietnam. The laundry service was excellent and very affordable at only 50,000 VND per kilogram. Our clothes were washed, dried, neatly organized, and returned the same day smelling fresh and clean. Our room was clean and comfortable, with effective air conditioning and dependable WiFi. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions, and Grab rides were easy to arrange, inexpensive, and arrived quickly whenever we needed transportation. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional service and genuinely caring hosts, Vu Hotel is an excellent choice."

"This is an exceptional hotel in Ninh Binh. Our room was beautiful and the bed so comfortable. The bathroom had a beautiful bath tub and power shower. What makes this hotel is the staff starting with the concierge who organised our trip for us, he is a credit to the hotel who could work in the top hotels in Mayfair, London where I’m from. Our check in and out was seamless and when we left for Hanoi we had an amazing send off by the staff. Thank you so much Legend Hotel, will be back next year for a longer stay. Best wishes to you all. "Overall experience was good, I was staying in the villa next to the pool, the rooms are really good and the room service was fine ...it was kinda hard to go from. The lobby to the villa, better to just walk outside. Breaktast it's nothing special th, nothing really tasty. Only bad things is the pool location, there is always workers or random people walking around the pool so forget about privacy hahah"
